Please read these terms carefully before using Boostify services or making any purchase.
By accessing or using Boostify (website, Discord server, products, services, accounts, spoofers, tools, generators, boosts, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our services or make any purchase.
1. Nature of Products & Services
Boostify provides digital goods including (but not limited to):
- Game accounts (Fortnite, FiveM, Rust, Steam, Discord, etc.)
- Mod menus, external tools, spoofers and cheats
- Discord server boosts, Nitro, real members
- VPN / streaming / premium service logins or generators
Most products are second-hand, auto-generated, shared or obtained through automated methods. We do not own or create the original accounts/subscriptions.
2. Purchases & Payments
- All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is due in full at time of order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
3. Delivery & Access
- Most digital items are delivered instantly via automated system.
- Login credentials, keys or download links are provided immediately after successful payment.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure after delivery.
4. Refunds & Chargebacks – Strict Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are provided except in the following very limited cases:
- Product was never delivered due to our technical failure (within 24 h)
- Product description materially misrepresents what was delivered
No refunds for:
- "I don't like it" / change of mind
- Account got banned / suspended after delivery
- Detected / patched cheat / spoofer
- Incompatibility with your system / antivirus
- Failure to follow provided instructions
Any chargeback, payment dispute or reversal without valid reason (as determined solely by us) will result in:
- Immediate permanent ban from all services
- Loss of access to all purchased products
- Blacklisting from future purchases
- Possible reporting to payment processors / authorities
5. User Responsibility & Risk
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Using cheats, spoofers, account generators or shared logins violates the terms of service of third-party platforms (Epic Games, Discord, Rockstar, etc.)
- Such usage carries a high risk of permanent bans, HWID bans, legal consequences
- We do not guarantee undetectability, lifespan of accounts, or bypass of any anti-cheat
- All products are provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our products/services for:
- Mass fraud, phishing, credential stuffing, spam
- Any illegal activity under applicable law
- Reselling / sharing purchased items without permission
- Abusing our support or chargeback system
7. Account & Service Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Initiate unjustified chargeback / dispute
- Engage in abusive behavior toward staff
- Attempt to exploit / attack our systems
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boostify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, accounts, bans or any game-related losses arising from use of our services.
